Market Research and Email Marketing

BLOC

I was hired by Bloc's Growth team in January 2017 to help conduct a thorough market research segmentation that would help determine customer personas and marketing strategy for each of Bloc's product offerings. 

Day-to-day this included developing surveys, sourcing interviewees for half hour phone calls, monitoring responses and finding response patterns.

After 4 months of intensive market research and countless white-boarding sessions, the Growth team and I were able to distill insights to influence product roadmaps, marketing messaging and provide customer journeys that would help sales better vet leads for Bloc's products. 

While conducting market research I was responsible for managing Bloc's weekly email marketing cadence to new and lapsed populations in Marketo.
